Tashkent - Samarkand - Gijduvan - Bukhara

Since ancient times, Uzbekistan has been famous for its rich culture, traditions and customs, legends and tales. The whole world knows the legendary commander Amir Temur, the great astronomer Mirzo Ulugbek, and the most talented physician Avicenna. You can talk about the history of Uzbekistan for hours and this will not be enough to describe its entire rich history. But our region is famous not only for spiritual food: Uzbek cuisine is one of the most diverse and delicious in the world. The incredible variety of dishes will not leave any gourmet indifferent. There are more than a hundred types of pilafs alone! We offer a special gastronomic tour of our most ancient cities, which will not only introduce you to the history of our country, but also allow you to enjoy the diversity of our cuisine. You will taste Tashkent, Samarkand, Bukhara pilaf and try to determine your favorite. The highlight of the gastro tour is master classes on cooking various national dishes. An integral part is familiarization with traditional fermented milk products of Uzbekistan, such as suzma, kurt, katyk, kaymak and much more. Connoisseurs of good wine will also not be left behind: we offer tasting of Uzbek wines from local grape varieties.
